1. Therapeutic effect

(1) Effective time: It starts to take effect within 15 minutes after medication, and the best effect occurs 1-2 hours after medication.

(2) Duration: The effect can last for about 6 hours after a single administration, and individual differences may result in varying durations.

(3) Improvement degree: Clinical trials have shown significant improvement in medium and close range vision, but have no effect on far vision.

2. Precautions for discontinuation of medication

(1) Gradual reduction: If medication needs to be discontinued after long-term use, it is recommended to gradually reduce the frequency of medication under the guidance of a doctor, rather than suddenly stopping.

(2) Vision monitoring: After discontinuing medication, it is necessary to closely monitor changes in vision, especially whether presbyopia symptoms worsen or rebound.

3. Special precautions

(1) Taboo population: Patients with a history of iris or ciliary inflammation or retinal detachment are prohibited from using it, as it may worsen the condition.

(2) Drug interactions: Caution should be exercised when using antihypertensive drugs such as beta blockers, as they may enhance the antihypertensive effect.

(3) Storage conditions: After opening, it should be stored at the designated temperature. If it exceeds the expiration date or becomes cloudy, it should be discarded.
