Lenvatinib is a multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor mainly used for the treatment of malignant tumors such as thyroid cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, and renal cell carcinoma, with significant anti-tumor effects and clinical advantages.

1. Main indications

(1) Differentiated thyroid cancer: Used for cases of refractory local recurrence or metastasis caused by radioactive iodine, it can significantly prolong progression free survival.

(2) Hepatocellular carcinoma: first-line treatment for unresectable advanced liver cancer patients has a better objective response rate than sorafenib.
