Daraxonrasib is used for the treatment of specific mutant tumors, and medication should focus on gastrointestinal toxicity, hepatotoxicity, and drug interactions to ensure safety.

1、 Gastrointestinal toxicity

Common nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain.

Mild symptoms can be adjusted by adjusting diet, eating small meals frequently, and avoiding spicy and greasy foods.

When diarrhea or vomiting is severe, it is necessary to replenish fluids in a timely manner to prevent dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.

If the symptoms persist or worsen, medication should be suspended and medical attention sought. If necessary, the dosage should be reduced or discontinued.

2、 Hepatotoxicity

May cause elevated transaminase and bilirubin levels, and even drug-induced liver injury.

Regularly monitor liver function before medication and during treatment.

If there is fatigue, jaundice, darkened urine color, and discomfort in the upper right abdomen, seek medical attention immediately.

Moderate to severe liver injury requires discontinuation of medication. After recovery, the doctor will evaluate whether to reduce the dosage before resuming use.

3、 Drug interactions

Avoid co administration with potent CYP3A4 inhibitors or inducers as it may alter blood drug concentrations.

Be cautious when using drugs metabolized by CYP3A4 in combination to prevent increased toxicity or decreased efficacy.

The combination of antacids and proton pump inhibitors may affect absorption and should be taken in a staggered manner.

Notify the doctor to take all medications during the visit, including prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs, and traditional Chinese medicine.

During medication, follow medical advice for monitoring, promptly handle any abnormalities, and do not adjust the dosage on your own.
