To ensure efficacy and safety, please strictly follow the following core operating procedures. All adjustments must be confirmed in writing by the attending physician and should not be changed by oneself.
1. Standard rules for taking with meals
1.1 Definition of Meals: Taking medication immediately during or after a meal (containing at least 300 calories of solid food).
1.2 Operation: Swallow the whole piece, do not crush or chew. Serve with at least 200ml of water.
1.3 Fixed time: Take at approximately the same time every day (such as breakfast) to maintain blood drug concentration.
2. Dose Adjustment Ladder (Doctor's Guidance Only)
2.1 Initial dose: Typically 450mg (i.e. 2 tablets 225mg), once daily.
2.2 Reduction steps:
First reduction: Reduce to 300mg per day (e.g. 1 tablet 225mg+1 tablet 75mg).
Secondary reduction: Reduce to 225mg (1 tablet) per day.
2.3 Permanent discontinuation: If the dose after the second dose reduction cannot be tolerated, the treatment must be terminated.
3. Handling plan for missed services
3.1 Short term missed dose (≤ 8 hours): Take it immediately upon discovery, and the next time take it normally according to the original time.
3.2 Long term missed doses (>8 hours): skip this dose and resume regular use the next day at the same time. Double supplementation is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Vomiting Management: Vomiting after taking medication is not recommended, waiting for the next scheduled time.
4. Important safety notes
Regularly monitor liver function and blood routine, and reduce dosage according to Article 2 in case of serious adverse reactions.
Before combining with CYP3A4 potent inducers/inhibitors, it is necessary to inform the doctor in advance to adjust the plan.
This guide is a general summary, and the individualized plan is based on the latest written instructions from the prescribing physician as the final basis.
