1、 Risk of infection

1. Beware of opportunistic infections

During treatment, bacterial, viral, or fungal infections may occur, including reactivation of herpes zoster virus. When experiencing fever, chills, cough, or rash accompanied by blisters, seek medical attention promptly.

2. Medication should be discontinued during active infection

Diagnosed with severe infection, medication needs to be temporarily suspended until the infection is completely controlled and evaluated by a doctor before considering recovery.

3. Precautions for vaccination

Before administering live vaccines, it is recommended to consult a doctor as some vaccines may not be suitable during the medication period.

2、 Thrombocytopenia

1. Regularly monitor blood routine

Platelet count should be regularly rechecked before and during treatment, especially in the initial stage or after dose adjustment.

2. Self observation of bleeding tendency

If there is an increase in skin bruising, gum bleeding, nosebleeds, or black stools, it may indicate a low platelet count and should be promptly reported to a doctor.

3、 Hepatotoxicity

1. Monitor liver function before and during treatment

Liver function tests should be completed before medication, and during treatment, indicators such as transaminase and bilirubin should be regularly rechecked.

2. Treatment of liver dysfunction

If the transaminase is significantly elevated, medication may need to be suspended or reduced, and the plan may be adjusted after liver function is restored.

3. Avoid additional liver burden

Avoid excessive alcohol consumption during medication and use with caution other drugs that may damage the liver.

4、 Non melanoma skin cancer

1. Regular skin check ups

It is recommended to undergo regular whole-body skin examinations during medication, paying attention to new or changing skin lesions.

2. Pay attention to sun protection

Apply sunscreen and wear sun protective clothing when going out to reduce UV exposure and lower the risk of skin cancer.

3. Seek medical attention promptly for abnormal skin lesions

If persistent unhealed ulcers, new growths, or plaques are found on the skin, early medical attention should be sought to determine their nature.
