1、 Standard usage and dosage

The recommended dosage is once daily, 240 milligrams (6 tablets) each time, which can be taken on an empty stomach or with meals.

It is recommended to take medication at a fixed time every day. If missed, it should be taken immediately when remembered; If it is close to the next medication time, skip the missed dose.

If serious adverse reactions occur, the dosage should be reduced according to the doctor's advice (such as from 240mg to 160mg, and then to 120mg) or the medication should be suspended.

2、 Efficacy and treatment monitoring

The drug is mainly used for prolonged adjuvant treatment and late posterior line treatment of specific types of breast cancer.

Therapeutic efficacy evaluation usually relies on imaging examinations (such as CT, MRI) and dynamic changes in tumor markers.

Regular clinical follow-up should be conducted during the treatment period to monitor disease control and adjust the plan in a timely manner.

3、 Core precautions for medication

Diarrhea prevention: Loperamide should be initiated simultaneously with the first administration for prophylactic antidiarrheal treatment, and sufficient oral rehydration salts should be prepared to maintain water and electrolyte balance.

Hepatotoxicity monitoring: During the initial stage of treatment, liver function should be monitored monthly. If skin discoloration, fatigue, or darkened urine color occurs, seek medical attention immediately.

Drug interactions: Do not use in combination with potent CYP3A4 inducers (such as rifampicin); If potent CYP3A4 inhibitors must be used, the dose of lenatinib needs to be significantly reduced. Proton pump inhibitors should be avoided in combination, and H2 receptor antagonists should be taken at least 3 hours apart from lenatinib.
