3. If combined use is necessary, it should only be performed under hospitalization or electrocardiogram monitoring conditions, and heart rate should be continuously monitored for the first 48 hours.
4. It is recommended to monitor heart rate daily or use home electrocardiographic devices until at least 2 weeks after discontinuing amiodarone.
When using beta blockers or other heart rate lowering drugs in combination, the risk of bradycardia further increases and follow-up needs to be strengthened.
