1、 Hepatotoxicity: Must check weekly indicators

Liver function tests (ALT, AST, bilirubin) should be conducted before the start of treatment and every 2 weeks for at least the first 2 months.
Discontinuation threshold
When ALT or AST levels rise to 3 times the upper limit of normal and are accompanied by an increase in bilirubin, or rise to more than 5 times, medication must be suspended and evaluated for reduction and restart after recovery.
Daily Warning
If yellow eyes, darkened urine color, or discomfort in the upper right abdomen occur, immediately contact a doctor and do not wait for the next routine follow-up examination.

Preventive care
