The side effects and mitigation methods of the Laotian version of Vemurafenib
Vemurafenib, as a BRAF inhibitor, commonly has side effects involving skin, heart, and metabolic abnormalities that require regular monitoring and targeted measures to alleviate.
1. Common side effects
(1) Skin reactions: including rash, photosensitivity, skin squamous cell carcinoma, etc., with an incidence rate of ≥ 20%.

2. Mitigation methods
