Side effects and relief methods of dabrafenib in LUCIUS
The side effects of dalafenib mesylate capsules mainly include skin reactions, fever, joint pain, etc. Most of them can be relieved through preventive measures or symptomatic treatment. Serious adverse reactions require timely medical intervention.
1. Common self relieving side effects
(1) Skin reaction: 86% of patients develop rash, 26% are grade 3, it is recommended to use non-alcoholic moisturizer and strengthen sun protection.
(2) Fever: The incidence rate is about 50%, which can be controlled by physical cooling or short-term use of antipyretics.

(3) Venous thromboembolism: incidence rate of 36%, requiring prophylactic anticoagulant therapy in the first 4 months.
3. Targeted mitigation measures

4. Special precautions
