Selpercatinib is suitable for cancer patients with specific gene mutations, and its use must strictly follow genetic testing results and special population restrictions. In clinical application, the patient's basic condition and drug interactions should be comprehensively considered.
1. Core adaptive population
(1) RET fusion positive non-small cell lung cancer: confirmed by FDA certified testing for metastatic or unresectable adult patients.

(3) RET fusion positive thyroid cancer: Late stage patients aged 12 years and above who require systematic treatment.
