Canaglu hydrochloride is a urinary tract anti infective drug targeting the METAP2 target, mainly used to treat urinary tract infections caused by sensitive bacteria or yeast, and has the effect of preventing recurrent infections. 1. Indications

Kaempferol hydrochloride is suitable for the treatment of acute or chronic lower urinary tract infections caused by sensitive bacteria or yeast, and can also be used for the prevention of recurrent urinary tract infections (recurrent infection prevention).

2. Usage and dosage

(1) Conventional dosage

The adult treatment dose is 1 capsule per time, 3 times a day; When used for chronic urinary tract infections and prevention of recurrence, the dosage is 1-2 pills per day. Capsules should be swallowed with sufficient water about 1 hour before meals, and prophylactic medication is recommended to be taken at night.

(2) Precautions for administration

Complete adherence to the prescribed course of treatment is required, and medication should not be stopped prematurely due to symptom relief. When missed, there is no need to take double the dose, and medication should continue according to the original plan. At present, there are no reports of serious adverse reactions caused by drug overdose, but timely medical attention is needed for accidental ingestion of large amounts.

3. Medication for special populations

(1) Pregnant women and lactation period

Pregnant women are prohibited from using it, and animal experiments have shown fetal risks; Breastfeeding women should avoid using the medication as it may be secreted through breast milk.

(2) Children and the elderly

Children under 18 years old are usually not recommended to use it, and elderly people need to start with a half dose and monitor kidney function.

(3) Liver and kidney dysfunction

Patients with severe renal insufficiency should use it with caution, while those with moderate renal impairment should use it with caution; Patients with Child Pugh C grade liver dysfunction are contraindicated.
