The standard method of taking elacestrant is once daily oral administration of 345mg (four tablets of 86mg each), which should be swallowed whole and continued until disease progression or intolerable toxicity occurs. Special attention should be paid to the handling of missed doses, dosage adjustments, and medication contraindications for special populations.

1. Routine administration method

(1) Dosage: Take 345mg orally at a fixed time daily, equivalent to four 86mg tablets.

(2) Usage: Swallow the whole tablet, it can be taken with food or taken alone, and cannot be broken or chewed.

2. Principles for handling missed services

(1) Exceeding 6 hours of missed dose: skip this dose and continue taking according to the original plan the next day.

(2) Vomiting after taking medication: considered as missed dose, the same dose should be taken on the same day.
