Usage of Dovlet
The use of Doptelet should be implemented according to indications, dosage forms, and patient age differentiation. It should strictly follow core requirements such as co administration with food and regular monitoring of platelets, including two administration methods: oral tablet and oral powder.
1. General Usage Norms
(1) Medication time: Chronic liver disease patients should start taking medication 10-13 days before surgery, while ITP patients should take medication at a fixed daily time.
(2) Usage: The tablet should be swallowed in its entirety, while the powder should be taken immediately after mixing with food, avoiding chewing or crushing.
(3) Dietary requirements: Must be taken with food to improve bioavailability, recommended to be taken with meals or within 30 minutes after meals.
2. Usage of different dosage forms
(1) Tablets: 20mg/tablet, orally administered to adults and children aged ≥ 6 years, with "AVA" as the identification mark on the scratch surface.
(2) Powder: 10mg/capsule content. Children aged 1-6 should mix the powder with soft food before taking.
3. Usage for special populations
(1) Liver function impairment: Children Pugh Class C patients need to assess the risk of exposure reduction and do not require routine dose adjustments.
(2) Renal dysfunction: Severe patients (creatinine clearance rate<30mL/min) should use with caution, as there is a lack of clear data support.
(3) Pediatric patients: Prohibited for children under 1 year old, only powder can be used for children aged 1-6 years old, and tablets can be used for children aged ≥ 6 years old.
4. Drug monitoring requirements
(1) Initial stage: ITP patients need to have their platelets tested weekly until they stabilize at ≥ 50 × 10 ⁹/L.
(2) Maintenance phase: Change to monthly testing after platelet stabilization, and continue monitoring for 4 weeks after discontinuation of medication.
(3) Emergency situation: If abnormal bleeding, thrombotic symptoms, or platelet count>400 × 10 ⁹/L occur, seek medical attention immediately.
