How many tablets of Doptelet do you take per day
The daily dosage of Doptelet should be dynamically adjusted according to indications, platelet count, and patient age. The maximum daily dose for adults is 40mg (2 tablets), and the maximum daily dose for children's powder is 20mg (2 capsule contents). The dosage titration rules and blood platelet monitoring requirements must be strictly followed.
1. Preoperative medication for adult patients with chronic liver disease
(1) Platelet count<40 × 10 ⁹/L: 60mg (3 tablets) per day for 5 consecutive days.
(2) Platelet count 40-50 × 10 ⁹/L: 40mg (2 tablets) per day for 5 consecutive days.
2. Maintenance therapy for adult and pediatric ITP patients
(1) Initial dose: 20mg (1 tablet) per day, the same dose as adults for children aged ≥ 6 years.
(2) Dose adjustment: Adjust according to platelet count and grade, with a maximum daily dose of 40mg (2 tablets) for adults.
(3) Children aged 1-6: The initial daily dose of the powder is 10mg (1 pill), and the maximum daily dose is 20mg (2 pills).
3. Dose adjustment rules
(1) Platelets<50 × 10 ⁹/L for 2 weeks: increase by one dose level.
(2) Platelets 200-400 × 10 ⁹/L: Reduce by one dose level.
(3) Platelets>400 × 10 ⁹/L: Stop medication immediately and strengthen monitoring.
4. Special precautions
(1) Omission treatment: Immediately supplement a single dose and prohibit double supplementation.
(2) Medication time: Take at a fixed time daily with food, and mix the powder with soft food.
(3) Course limitation: Chronic liver disease requires a 5-day course of treatment, and ITP needs to be continuously evaluated.
