German Bayer version of Dienogest usage, dosage, and medication for special populations
Dienogest is a synthetic progesterone primarily used for the treatment of endometriosis and contraception. 1. Usage and dosage
(1) Endometriosis
Take 2mg orally daily for no more than 6 months of continuous use. It is recommended to take it at a fixed time to improve the stability of the therapeutic effect.
(2) Contraceptive use
1mg per day in the compound preparation should be used in conjunction with estrogen. If missed, it is necessary to supplement according to the instructions and take additional contraceptive measures.
2. Medication for special populations
(1) Pregnancy period

(2) Lactation period

(3) Liver function impairment

(4) Renal dysfunction

(5) Teenagers

3. Precautions
(1) Adverse reactions

(2) Drug interactions
CYP3A4 inducers may reduce efficacy, and combination therapy requires adjusting dosage and strengthening contraceptive measures.
(3) Monitoring requirements
