Palsonify Usage Guide
Palsonify can be taken once a day on an empty stomach or with meals, but attention should be paid to missed doses and dosage adjustments to ensure safe and effective medication.
1、 Medication method
1. Take once a day at approximately the same time.
2. It can be taken on an empty stomach or with meals.
3. Swallow the whole pill, do not open, crush or chew.
4. Take with sufficient water.
5. Avoid direct contact with the contents of the capsule.
2、 Handling of missed services
1. Less than 12 hours before regular medication: Take it as soon as possible.
2. Exceeded 12 hours: Skip this dose.
3. Do not take double the dose at once.
4. Take the medication as scheduled next time.
3、 Dose adjustment
1. When serious adverse reactions occur, the medication should be interrupted, reduced, or discontinued.
2. Neutropenia: Reduce to 0.75mg once daily after recovery.
3. Febrile neutropenia: Suspend the remaining medication of this cycle and reduce the dosage after recovery.
4. Thrombocytopenia or thrombotic events: Discontinue medication and initiate anticoagulation, reduce dosage after remission.
5. Avoid co administration with strong or moderate CYP3A inhibitors or inducers; When unavoidable, adjust the dosage.
6. For non dialysis patients with renal insufficiency (eGFR below 30): reduce to 0.75mg once daily.
7. Any dosage adjustment must follow the doctor's advice and cannot be changed by oneself.
