It is prone to occur in the early stage of dose titration, insufficient blood volume, and when diuretics are used in combination.

Manifesting as dizziness, fatigue, darkening of the eyes, and severe fainting.

Slow down the movements of getting up and waking up to avoid sudden standing.

4、 Prevention of vascular edema
