1、 Allergic reactions

3. Cross allergy: People who are allergic to other enzyme preparations should use it with caution. It is recommended to observe for 30 minutes after the first dose.

2、 Bleeding tendency

1. People with caution: those with coagulation dysfunction, thrombocytopenia, or currently using anticoagulants should use with caution.

2. Monitoring signals: Pay attention to abnormal bleeding symptoms such as gum bleeding, subcutaneous bruising, and black stool.

3. Preoperative discontinuation of medication: Before planning the surgery, the doctor should be informed that the medication is being taken and should be paused if necessary.

3、 Drug interactions

1. Anti fibrinolytic drugs: Avoid combination with tranexamic acid, aminotoluene acid, etc., as it may reduce the efficacy of this product.

2. Anticoagulants: Co administration with warfarin, heparin, etc. may increase the risk of bleeding, and coagulation indicators need to be monitored.

3. Other enzyme preparations: It is not advisable to take them together with other proteolytic drugs to avoid overlapping effects.

4、 Other reminders

1. Pregnant women and breastfeeding period: Safety is uncertain, and self medication is not recommended.

2. Children: It should be used under the guidance of a doctor.

3. Storage: Seal and store in a cool, dry place away from light.
