Orlistat is a lipase inhibitor that works by blocking the absorption of dietary fats. Proper use is the key to ensuring efficacy and reducing discomfort. The following is a brief medication guide.

1、 Usage method

1.1 Timing of administration

Take during or within 1 hour after each meal (main meal), which should contain fat. If there is no meal or the meal does not contain fat, the dose can be skipped.

Take 60mg or 120mg (according to product specifications) with each meal, no more than 3 times a day.

2、 Handling of missed services

2.1 Omission of service

4、 Dietary coordination and precautions

4.1 Fat intake control

4.2 Nutritional supplementation

Long term use is recommended to supplement fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) before bedtime, with a minimum interval of 2 hours between medication.
