1、 Coping with dry and flaky skin

1. Gentle cleaning

Wash your face with warm water, avoid hot water scalding, use gentle techniques when washing your face, and do not rub vigorously.

Choose a mild cleansing product that is soap free, fragrance free, and alcohol free.

2. High intensity moisturizing

Apply moisturizer multiple times a day, especially after washing your face and before going to bed, to lock in moisture.

Prioritize skincare products containing restorative ingredients such as ceramides, squalane, and hyaluronic acid.

3. Avoid sources of stimulation

Suspend the use of exfoliating creams, skincare products containing acids (such as salicylic acid), or high concentrations of alcohol during treatment.

Avoid direct sunlight and apply physical sunscreen or take hard sun protection measures (such as wearing a hat or umbrella) when going out.

2、 Identification and treatment of headaches

1. Initial observation

If mild headaches occur, it is recommended to drink plenty of water, ensure adequate rest, and observe whether the symptoms improve on their own.

Avoid drinking stimulating beverages such as coffee and strong tea to prevent discomfort in the head.
