The indications for Voranigo are clear, mainly targeting patients with grade 2 astrocytomas or oligodendrogliomas who have undergone surgery, including biopsy, partial or complete resection, and who have susceptible IDH1 or IDH2 mutations.

1. Identification and treatment of differentiation syndrome

Key symptoms: sudden high fever (>38.5 ℃), difficulty breathing, pulmonary infiltrates, pleural effusion, hypotension, rapid weight gain with edema.

Emergency measures: Once any of the above symptoms occur, immediately contact a doctor or emergency department and do not wait. Doctors may use dexamethasone (glucocorticoids) for emergency treatment.

During the medication period: The risk is higher 2 weeks before treatment and during the dose escalation stage, and daily monitoring of temperature and weight changes is required.

2. QT interval prolongation (abnormal cardiac electrical activity)

Risk factors: This product may cause QTc interval prolongation and increase the risk of malignant arrhythmias (such as apical torsion ventricular tachycardia).

Monitoring requirements: Regular re examination of electrocardiogram (ECG) before and during treatment. At the same time, it is necessary to monitor blood electrolytes (potassium, magnesium) to maintain normal levels.

Drug combination: Avoid using other drugs known to prolong the QT interval (such as certain antibiotics, antiarrhythmic drugs, antidepressants), and inform the doctor of the complete medication list before use.

Medical indications: If dizziness, palpitations, fainting, or new chest tightness occur, immediate medical attention should be sought.

3. Hepatotoxicity (liver function damage)

Monitoring indicators: Regular blood tests for ALT, AST, bilirubin, and alkaline phosphatase are required during the treatment period.

Warning signal: If there is yellowing of the skin or sclera, dark urine, severe fatigue, pain in the upper right abdomen, or worsening nausea and vomiting, it may indicate liver damage.

Principle of treatment: Based on the degree of elevated liver enzymes, the doctor will decide to suspend medication, reduce dosage, or permanently discontinue medication. Do not continue taking medication on your own.

4. Overall Action Guidelines
