Precautions for taking Wufenmei: Safety Guidelines for Immunomodulatory Agents
As an immunomodulatory agent, the safety of Wufenmei should focus on monitoring liver and kidney function, adjusting dosage for special populations, and managing adverse reactions. 1. Basic monitoring requirements
Complete blood routine and baseline liver and kidney function tests before treatment. During the medication period, liver function should be rechecked every 3 months. If there is an increase in transaminase levels exceeding 3 times the normal value, medication should be suspended. Patients with renal insufficiency need to adjust their dosage according to creatinine clearance rate.
2. Medication for special populations
