The adverse reactions of glutathione tablets (Tathion) are usually mild and have a low incidence, mainly including gastrointestinal discomfort, allergic reactions, and abnormal laboratory indicators. The following are specific classification explanations:

1. Common adverse reactions

(1) Gastrointestinal symptoms: There may be gastrointestinal reactions such as loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, and discomfort in the stomach, which are usually mild and can be relieved on their own.

(2) Allergic reactions: Occasional skin allergies such as rash, itching, and erythema may occur. In severe cases, facial edema or difficulty breathing may occur, and medication should be stopped immediately for medical treatment.

2. Abnormal laboratory indicators

(1) Liver function: A small number of patients may experience mild elevation of ALT and AST, which can often return to normal after discontinuation of medication.

(2) Hematological system: Rare leukopenia or platelet count decrease, long-term medication users are recommended to regularly monitor blood routine.
