1. Effect of action

2. Drug interactions

(1) Medications affecting liver microsomal enzymes: Combination with potent CYP3A4 inhibitors may alter the rate of amino acid metabolism and require monitoring of blood drug concentrations.

(2) Electrolyte regulating drugs: Combined use with potassium sparing diuretics may exacerbate the risk of hyperkalemia, referring to the interaction mechanism of eplerenone.

(3) Anticoagulants: may enhance the efficacy of warfarin, similar to the effect of Lucaparib on CYP2C9 substrates.

(4) Neuropharmaceuticals: When used in combination with P-gp substrates, caution should be exercised, referring to the inhibitory effect of sulfatinib succinate on transporters.

(5) Proton pump inhibitors: may reduce amino acid absorption rate. It is recommended to take them every 2 hours, following the relevant warnings of Rucaparib.
