Selinexor is a selective nuclear output inhibitor primarily used for the treatment of multiple myeloma and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Its contraindications include allergies to drug ingredients and contraindications during pregnancy; Medication for special populations should be adjusted based on liver and kidney function, age, and fertility status.

1. Contraindications

(1) It is contraindicated for individuals who are allergic to selenidazole or any excipients.
