Lazertinib is an oral third-generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor mainly used for the treatment of EGFR mutant non-small cell lung cancer. It is important to pay attention to missed doses, dosage adjustments, and medication guidelines for special populations.
1. Drug Overview
(1) Lazotinib is an EGFR-TKI that can penetrate the blood-brain barrier, targeting T790M mutation and activated EGFR mutation, without affecting wild-type EGFR.
(2) The Korean version of the product is called LECLAZA, and the American version is Lazcluze. It was developed in 2018 by Yang Sen in collaboration with Korea's Yoo Han Trading Company.
2. Usage and dosage
(1) Recommended dose: Take 240mg orally once a day, in combination with bevacizumab. Swallow the entire tablet and do not chew.
(2) Omission treatment: Supplement can be taken within 12 hours, skip if it exceeds 12 hours, and take the medication according to the original plan next time.
3. Dose adjustment
