Fumarate propofol tenofovir tablets (Vemlidy) are a novel nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor mainly used for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus infection, with high antiviral activity and good safety characteristics.
1 Scope of indications
(1) Suitable for chronic hepatitis B patients over 12 years old and weighing ≥ 35kg.

2 Pharmacological mechanism of action
(1) As a prodrug of tenofovir, it is converted into the active metabolite tenofovir diphosphate in liver cells.
