(1) Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia: The standard course of treatment for immunocompromised patients is 21 days, requiring daily intravenous administration. In severe cases, it can be extended to 28 days.

(2) Black fever: The treatment course for skin type is 10-15 days, for visceral type it requires continuous medication for 20 days, and for those with HIV infection, it needs to be extended to 4 weeks.

Adjustment for Special Groups 2

(1) Renal insufficiency: When the creatinine clearance rate is less than 50ml/min, the course of treatment is prolonged by 25%, and blood drug concentration needs to be closely monitored.
