What is Encorafenib? Detailed Introduction
Encorafenib is an oral small molecule BRAF kinase inhibitor developed by Array Corporation in the United States and approved for market by the FDA in 2018. Mainly used for the treatment of melanoma, colorectal cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer carrying BRAF V600E/K mutations, it is often used in combination with bimetinib or cetuximab, and has the characteristics of targeted and precise treatment.

2 Indications and Targets

(3) Non small cell lung cancer: combined treatment with bimetinib for BRAF V600E mutant metastatic NSCLC.

3. Usage and dosage adjustment
(1) Standard dose: 450mg orally per day, dosage adjustment is required for combination therapy
(2) Adverse reaction reduction: gradually reduce to 300mg/225mg/150mg according to toxicity grading
(3) Liver and kidney function: Mild to moderate damage does not require adjustment, severe lack of data.
