The standard usage of Osimertinib is once daily oral administration of 80mg, but individualized adjustments need to be made based on the treatment stage, drug interactions, and adverse reactions. Special populations should pay attention to medication contraindications.

1. Conventional usage and dosage

(1) Adult non-small cell lung cancer patients: Take 80mg orally at a fixed time daily, on an empty stomach or after a meal. It is recommended to swallow the entire tablet.

(2) Duration of treatment: Medication should be continued until disease progression, intolerable toxicity occurs, or a 3-year adjuvant therapy cycle is completed.

2. Dose adjustment standard

(1) Drug interactions: When combined with a potent CYP4503A inducer, the dosage should be increased to 160mg per day and restored to 80mg after 3 weeks of discontinuation.

(2) Adverse reaction management: If there is grade 3 or above toxicity, medication should be suspended. After recovery within 3 weeks, it can be reduced to 40-80mg/day.

3. Special precautions

(1) For those with swallowing difficulties: Dissolve the pill in 50ml of water and stir until dispersed before taking immediately, then rinse the cup and drink.

(2) Omission treatment: If the missed dose exceeds 12 hours, the dose should be skipped and taken according to the original plan the next day. It is prohibited to take double the dose.

4. Taboo population

(1) There is no recommended dose for patients with end-stage renal disease (CrCl<15mL/min) and severe liver injury.

(2) Prohibited during pregnancy, breastfeeding should be resumed 2 weeks after discontinuing medication, and strict contraception is required for people of childbearing age.
