Cabozantinib is usually used for several years
The duration of use of Cabozantinib should be determined based on indications and treatment response. It is usually continued until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs, and some combination therapy regimens may not exceed 2 years.
Duration of monotherapy
(1) Thyroid medullary carcinoma: continuous treatment until disease progression or intolerable toxicity.
(2) Renal cell carcinoma: The daily 60mg regimen has no fixed duration and needs to be continued until disease progression.
(3) Hepatocellular carcinoma: also using continuous administration mode, with no preset stopping time.
Time limit requirements for combination therapy
(1) Combined use with nivolumab: Clearly limit the maximum treatment period to 2 years, or terminate prematurely due to toxicity/progression.
(2) During the joint period, efficacy and safety should be evaluated every 2-4 weeks, and the plan should be adjusted in a timely manner.
Adjustment of treatment course for special circumstances
