Voriconazole (Vfend) is a broad-spectrum triazole antifungal drug mainly used to treat severe fungal infections such as invasive aspergillosis. Special attention should be paid to liver function monitoring and drug interactions when using it. 1. Indications

(1) Invasive aspergillosis

Fluconazole is a first-line treatment for invasive aspergillosis, with a clinical remission rate of 50-60%, significantly better than traditional amphotericin B.
